Near-Term Follow-Ups

• tighten dynamic deploy-status visibility only if real non-static signals become necessary
• improve dynamic deploy-status visibility without turning the repo into a control plane
• formalize API documentation and compatibility handling if /api/contact grows beyond the current narrow scope
