1. expose a read-only live metadata surface derived from fabric-manifest.json
2. finish commercial rollout prerequisites:
   • live Paddle credentials
   • price IDs
   • webhook configuration
3. continue file-backed secret hardening
4. keep narrowing or archiving non-maintained repository surfaces
