Purpose​

Helpifyr Spool is the maintained news evidence service used to ingest, persist, search, snapshot, export, and validate historical/current news datasets. It is not the central orchestration plane for Helpifyr, but a specialized system of record for news evidence and the artifacts derived from that evidence.

Current Fabric Position​

The repository is Fabric read-first aligned in maintained scope. Fabric-owned governance and combination truth is consumed from upstream surfaces and must not be redefined locally.

README.md is the human entrypoint. This file is the technical aggregation page for maintainers, future wiki ingestion, and Fabric-oriented discovery.
